Following the annual tradition, Institute of Europe, Kaunas University of Technology organise International

Scientific Conference “Legal, Political and Economical Initiatives Towards Europe of Knowledge” for

Academics and PhD Students. The Conference will be held on 24th of April, 2009 at the Institute of Europe,

Kęstučio str. 8, Kaunas, 44320, Lithuania (http://www.euroi.ktu.lt/en/). KTU Institute of Europe and Lithuanian

Ministry of Education support the Conference.

The aim of the conference is to present the newest scientific research results on the aspects of legal, political and

economic initiatives towards Europe of knowledge as well as to highlight the lessons and challenges of Lithuania

(and other young member states) in the context of five year being in the European Union.
