2nd International HWWA-Conference on Public Choice and Development
2004-07-10 20:54
December 9 - 10, 2004 / Hamburg Institute of International Economics (HWWA)
Deadline for paper submissions: October 5, 2004
Deadline for registration: November 15, 2004
Recent discussions about the low effectiveness of development assistance have generated new approaches with respect to incentive structures and institutional innovation on the recipient side. The equally relevant incentive structure on the donor side, however, has been largely neglected so far. The HWWA conference therefore focuses on the latter and aims at bringing together international researchers analysing development assistance from this perspective.
